Pre-Session Meeting

Once your session is scheduled we will set aside a time to meet, either in person or by phone, to discuss session location, what to wear, your specific portrait needs, deposit, and any other questions or concerns that you may have. 

Deposit

A 50%, non-refundable, deposit is due within 10 days of the session date.  The remainder of the session fee is due at the time of your session. (If unforeseen circustances occurr and  iHeart Images is required to cancel and a reschedule date cannot be made your deposit will be refunded.)

Post-Session Activities

Within 2 days of your session a watermarked "sneak peak" collage will be posted to the Client Access page on this site. Just look for the album titled with  your last name or you can use the "search" option from the Home page.  The remaining images will be posted within 1-2 weeks of the session.  

Unless otherwise requested your gallery will remain open for public sharing. If you prefer that it be locked we can password protect it.
